Delivery Cost & Timings

As a general rule, all orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of placing the order and shipped with DHL. Upon dispatch of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

Due to the high demand experienced during our sale, dispatch may take an additional 3-4 working days.

Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and ship your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lay outside of our control such as delays in transit, customs or poor weather.

Other points to note:

• We ship all orders on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
  
  
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK or our London flagship boutiques. In some cases, items may be sourced from boutiques outside our usual shipping network. If that is the case, we will be in touch to advise on revised delivery times.
  
  
• Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
